80% of an individual’s learning happens in the early years of their career. The acceleration and speed you attain in the first ten years sets the momentum for the rest of your life. It is the management of your formative years which is the key to a gratifying and flourishing career.
The first step in pottery is carefully picking the clay followed by wedging. Wedging gives the clay a more uniform consistency and moisture level, enhancing its workability.

When the clay is ready, we start centering the clay on the pottery wheel and raising the walls without having the clay collapse. The fundamentals can be learnt in a few hours, but mastery and ownership can take several months or longer.

IMPACT starts with groundwork and lays the foundation in technology. In the first 6 months of the program, the associates are put through diverse challenges to unleash their true potential. Associates often find success through rigor & resilience.
